Returns and Exchanges

For further safety, contact your physician as well with any questions that you may have about cannabis before making a purchase.
Any and all items purchased from Vapor Age LLC must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a FULL refund or exchange:
Item(s) must be in original packaging (SEALED), and in new condition.
Item has not been damaged during shipping. Contact the carrier if this is the case. Vapor Age is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
Item has been opened and found to be defective. Item will be tested after return to determine eligibility.
Any unsealed, non-damaged and non-defective product returns shall be subject to, up to a 50% restocking charge. Remaining credit will be credited back via original payment method. Product must be returned within 14 days after receiving RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No credit will be given for shipping charges incurred for the original shipment.
If an exchange is requested, please specify as such in the RMA request email. Exchanges, for the exact same item, such as would occur in the case of a damaged item, are not subject to restocking charges. However, if it is determined that an exchange is requested simply to change the color for example, then a re-stocking fee will apply.
What is an RMA number? This is a number that Vapor Age acquires from the manufacturer whenever a product return is requested. This number, when placed on the return packaging, identifies your package at the manufacturer as a customer return and aids in the refund process. Please ensure that you also include a copy of the original receipt with the return package.
Return must include an RMA number which can be acquired by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours after receipt of products. This RMA number must appear on the return merchandise shipping label in order to be processed. Please include a copy of the original receipt inside return package to aid in the return process.
Vapor Age LLC reserves the right to DENY any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of any return or exchange. Any SKU’s sold in conjunction with or as part of a “LIQUIDATION PROGRAM” are not eligible for return. In the case of “LIQUIDATION” all sales are FINAL.
This return policy is only available to customers of the United States. Vapor Age LLC reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason and to amend this Return Policy at any time.
Cancellation of Transaction: Contact us Immediately at email@example.com to see if the transaction can be cancelled. If not, then the Returns and Exchanges Policy above is in effect.
Vapor Age LLC is subject to Manufacturer and Supplier return policies and cannot alter them.
